What is it?

I had this charge also and I called and they said it was from where I had signed up on a website to have someone tell me how to eat. And, that the charge will appear every monthly for $4.95 as their fee. I said that I wanted it canceled and if they took the money out of my account again I would be closing the account and reporting fraud.
