What is it?

I did not sign up for HELP.MAX.COM and it showed up on my credit card. I had to report the fraud to my credit card company.

Help MAX is not annual. I have been charged twice two months in a row.

I have never signed up for HBO or any other streaming services. How does a credit card that is in my wallet get charged for something like that? It is so frustrating. I reported fraud and as I reviewed my statement, I noticed it started 4 months ago! Call your cc company and report it!

This is not fraud. This is your annual renewal charge for your subscription to Max streaming, previously known as HBO Max streaming service. See https://www.max.com
