I received the same charges like everyone else. I finally got through when I clicked on the charges to open them. Then clicked on "Call Apples ITunes". The number is 800-275-2273. Do not select the billing option! It will do the same thing as the other number. Just press 0...then 6 for other options. You will get a live operator!!!! I am on the phone with someone right now. I was charged during the 2018 year many times (n. 15) for a 0,99 euro (in the amount of 14,95) and I didn't authorize anything to be charged to my credit card for ITUNES/COM/BILL. There is no way of contacting customer service so I filed fraud.

Surprised to see $445.57 in fraudulent charges on my chase bill. Did not even know that I had an itune accout. Please close my apple account to stop further apl*ITUNES.COM/BILL CHARGES.

I Have informed chase bank and has closed that account that was charged with the fraud expenses.

It appears that someone on the inside might be responsible for these problems. Please fix your huge problem.

This is NOT Apple or iTunes. It is a fraud. A scam. A Bloody Flim-Flam!!! The phone number has a very Brusque man admonishing you to go to an equally Phony website address. I can assure you that Apple would never allow such a rude and idiotic message. You need to call your bank, report this as fraud, and have them send you a new card.

I was charged 2.12 in November 2015 and I didn't authorize anything to be charged to my credit card for Itunes.com. I called the 866-712-7753 number only to get recording to go online to ITUNES.COM/BILL. Again charges on March 1, 2016 in the amount of 10.66. There is no way of contacting customer service so I filed fraud and my bank handled it from there.

I called 800-275-2273 went to O and got connected to a human yeah!! The charge is from games. Mine was pet saga. Buying extra block hammers, gold bars, etc. are the reasons for the charges. Hope this helps. Go to settings, to iTunesU, account setting, to purchase history Then you'll find out all the charges.

Charges by iTunes with this 866-712-7753 are fraudulent. I called the FBI and reported these incidents to them.

Our credit card was hacked and the bank has issued a new card. We need to change the credit card number for billing purposes. How do we do that? There are 2 accounts. We need account numbers and directions as to how to make this change. Each charge is $0.99

I canceled the change of options on iCloud from five gabs the change would have provided fifty gabs storage. I told the apple support person who was helping me to reload my iPad with the correct software ( since i had an incorrect version) to cancel the upgrade since the software fix was going to correct my problem He said he would It has been canceled and i thought iwas finished with the issue and low and behold it appears that iTunes has not cancel billing me for the unprovided service. Please correct this problem cancel the upgrade.

I received a charge of $.99 posted to my credit card bill on Sep 12, 2019. I did not authorize this charge. I tried calling the posted number 1866-712-7753 and got disconnected after being advised to go to a website.

I was erroneously billed 32.99 for iTunes. Needless to say, I called the 866-712-7753 which brought me to this page. Based on the reviews, I decided to call the 1408-996-1010. The team was very helpful and transferred me to their technical department. The representative waited with me on the line as he transferred me to the person - Kimberley - who could best assist. I was refunded the charge and the erroneous subscription was removed. I had a wonderful experience. Good number 1800-692-7753.

I had over $600 of charges on my credit card from apple I tunes. I called my credit card company to report fraud. They got an I tune rep on the phone for me, they were very helpful and reversed the charges. and helped me cancel the account.

I need a phone number so I can call to speak to a real person regarding my account and charges on it. How convenient for your company to post charges and then instruct us to post on a public site where none of the questions are even being answered. This is NOT the AMERICAN business way!
