I had JP PARK WAYSIDE listed on my credit card statement too.....and hadn't ordered plants or seeds. Thought it was a fraud charge. It wasn't!! I had ordered door hinges from VanDyke's Restorers and at the end of my confirmation email it said that my statement would show JP PARK as the payee. So check and double check before reporting as a fraud! You might have ordered some kind of hardware for your home from this company!

I ordered corbels from Van Dyke Restores at the price of $108.06 and show that charge, just checking my statements and I have another charge from JP Park Wayside for $ 108.08. I have reported this to my bank.

What the heck?? Why can't JP Park Wayside ... provide a more descriptive name on the credit card charge? I just cancelled my credit card and disputed the charge. The order was actually placed over 6 weeks ago and I not only didn't remember, but I did not recognize the cryptic name on the credit card charge. Pleeeze do something to make the name more descriptive of the charging company.

I didn't shop at your seed company. Yet a charge just appeared in my e-mail and bank notice at 7:31. I'm reporting this to and my bank as a fraudulent charge. Does the theft work for your company?

i opened my bank account to check my balance and see i have charges from jp park wayside for 60 some dollars. i have no idea where this is from. i called my bank and reported it as fraud. they should sterilize when caught for doing this to seniors...what a dam mess!!

I, too, like others here gulped when I read this charge on my cc activity. After some thought and recall, I determined this is Jackson & Perkins; I did order from their site. I ordered at least a month prior to the transaction date, which also lent to my confusion. The company actually didn't charge my acct until goods were shipped. As is the best practice for good customer service.

Received a charge on my debit card for J&P Wayside Park for $16.50. I was confused about where the charge came from because it was days later. It took a few email searches to find out that it was my order from Parkseed.com ...Perhaps you charge when the order is shipped.

i get out of the shower and just received a text that my cc was used for a purchase here.. over 200.00... called credit card company and reported fraud! what a pain in the butt!!

This is https://www.jacksonandperkins.com an online nursery. They don't bill you until your order ships which is sometimes months after you place it due to their seasonal shipping policies. There's even a note at the bottom of my email confirmation that says "Note: Credit card charge will appear on your billing statement as: JP PARK WAYSIDE VDYKES"

Ordered seeds from J&P Park seeds. First they did not charge the amount correctly. Then they had no person answering customer service so I could only email them. I told them the amount charged was incorrect & I wanted to cancel my order & even though it was less than 24 hours from the order they said it already shipped. Then I got multiple fraudulent charges on my credit card. I still have my card & they were the only ones where I ordered something online. They have a credit card thief criminal.

I, too wondered what the JP Park was especially since just yesterday I had a fraudulent charge on my debit card account. I checked my email and on June 20th I ordered seeds from Jackson & Perkins. I was only now charged Sept. 16th.

If you read your confirmation email from Van Dyke's Restorers, it says plainly in the bottom of the email that your credit card charge will appear on your billing statement as JP PARK WAYSIDE VDYKES. READ people, read.

CHARGES WERE MADE TO MY CHASE BANK ACCOUNT. 2 CHARGES WERE MADE SHOWING POS DEBIT JP PARK WAYSIDE VDYKES GREENWOOD SC. THE FIRST WAS FOR $20.36 AND THE OTHER FOR $99.83. I MADE NO PURCHASES. THE ONLY PLANTS I ORDERED WERE FROM HOLLAND BULB. I DO NOT KNOW WHO USED MY BANKING INFORMATION BUT I KNOW I DID NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES FROM YOUR SITE. REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY. I recently ordered a package of peppermint seeds through this company and received a package with nothing in it. No seeds could be found, and an inside pouch was torn open.
