I had a $20 charge on bank account 0n June 11, 2018. I did not buy anything. I don't know how you could have my card number.

My father's card was charged for an Oct purchase. He passed away in Feb. This was not an authorized charge. Please remove.

Received VISA BILLING showing that I HAD CHARGED (3X) $30.00 ONTO MY VISA CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. IMMEDIATELY CONTACTED VISA TO INFORM THEM THAT THE CHARGES WERE FRAUDULENT. DUE TO THE HIGH LEVEL OF FRAUD REPORTED (read other reports), THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK CHARGE OF ADDRESSING THE FRAUD. UNFORTUNATELY, WE NEED TO BE CONTINUING AWARE OF THE MASS FRAUD THAT IS OCCURRING IN THE MARKET. READ YOUR STATEMENTS COMPLETELY.

I am not sure how you were able to charge my NEW Visa card with my OLD Visa information, but no matter what, you fraudulently but automatically renewed. I am disputing it with my Visa company, but the ability for vendors to set accounts up so that they are on automatic renewal without the EXPRESS consent of the consumer HAS TO stop. Even though it is theft/fraud, a law should be made expressly illegal so that customers do not have waste THEIR time to deal with this crap.

I never gave you permission to charge my credit card $12 dollars on June 15, 2015. I haven't used your services for about two years. My card company will be contacting your bank to take care of this. Obviously this is a common practice for your company and it is repeated fraud that I hope will be prosecuted.
