What is it?

Someone has my personal identity info. The charge shows as date 4 You Limassol Limassol. itt says that the card was present. Impossible. I want a refund and it is cancelled or blocked. I don't even know what it is. If you go to the site, there isn't a login. There's also no contact info or anything.

Called to ask 30/8 about cancelling an Amazon account for my deceased son - was told I had to pay $1 by credit card, which I did. Operative gave me information I had already accessed and which did not work. Now I find a charge of $76+ on my card. Am going to the Ombudsman unless it is cancelled promptly.
