LOWE'S NC INTERNET

I received a notice of a debit charge transaction tonight for $4,870.17 from my CHASE account and to call them if this was not authorized. So I did immediately. Thank God I have notification of all my all my Chase activity.

Because I called in immediately to report the FRAUD Chase said it was PENDING and they will credit me that amount that the hacker attempted to steal and we closed the account tonight. I had a similar attempt from Lowe's NC Internet a few months ago for $1.75 and I caught it then also. I was told by my Chase banker that identity thieves will make a small theft from your account and at a later date pull out a large payment thinking that most people don't check their accounts for small debits.

I asked Chase for the phone number for Lowe's NC Internet which is for a store in Wilmington, NC. (336) 903-0225. I got the voice mail for the store and left them a message to call me back with an explanation of why someone at their store is an identity thief as I am going to turn to the FBI for help to prosecute LOWE's NC Internet.

SOMEONE AT LOWE'S IS WORKING WITH IDENTITY THEFT RING AND HAS TARGETED CHASE Card customers. I hope this helps the next victim.

Purchased online at Lowes today. $224 total charges. Synchrony Bank called with $150 additional charges from LOWE'S INTERNET FULFLMNT N WILKESBORO, NC. It was three smaller charges with the total of $150. Will not shop online at Lowes again. I have used this card 3 times since 2013. I don't know how this happened. So glad I didn't use a real credit card or debit card. Synchrony said cancelling card and sending new one. They said not responsible for charges. I'm afraid to use any credit card at Lowes.

been to lowes maybe once with this card. had $149 charged and had to report fraud. had to cancel my card and got a new one ordered, super annoying.

I've had a $25.96 charge pending on my account for over a month. I've never had a charge of $25.96 and going back to February it shows no charge on my statement. I tried calling Lowes and got nowhere First call I was hung up on me. Second call was no better, instead of helping me she sent me to the credit card company and again I got nowhere. I closed my account and I will never shop at Lowes again. My lowes is less than 3 miles from my house which made it ve ry convenient but no more. I will drive the 12 miles to Home Depot.

Same story - received a fraudulent charge from Lowe's NC Internet - fortunately not too much - but security and card number now compromised - had to cancel everything.

I have a charge over $300 on my Synchrony Bank card, which is the Lowes credit card. It is a valid charge. I had bought a hot water heater in the Concord NH Store and I picked it up there. I believe I ordered it online so it would be ready for me to pickup. That may have been why I had it listed as an internet charge.

A chinese credit card theft ring. Called Chase today & Chase stated its a fraudulent company.

I have two charges for $1006 each on my credit card pending from Lowe's NC Internet. I did not authorize anything like this. I need these removed right away.

I also just got an email stating that LOWE'S NC INTERNET tried to take out $255.12. Called my credit card company and they said they've been trying to take out money all week little by little but my company suspected fraud. THANKFULLY they and I caught it right away. They cancelled that account and sent me a new card & account. I'm just trying to figure out how they got my information??

it has NOTHING to do with the Wilkesboro Lowes. ALL of Lowes online charges show wilkesboro since that is where their home office is located. you have been scammed online but it is NOT someone at the Wilkesboro store.

This is a fraudulent charge if you did not buy from Lowe's or their website. Good thing my bank blocked this transaction as going over my credit limit. Call your bank Immediately

I have a charge of $1479.76 on my debit card that I did not make...I reported this to my bank as soon as I could...it is now 10 pm....I had to call the after hour fraud department...no one called me from Lowe's to verify this amount....of my bank did not call me either..damn hackers...this has happened before....my amount better be cancelled...

I too was alerted that a charge for $1300 was attempted at Lowe's NC Internet but declined. Today, Lowe's called my home phone and asked for a party that is not known to me. When I called Lowe's back to inquire about the name, so I can file a police report, I was put on hold and remained there for a good 5 minutes before I gave up and hung up. Apparently, if what I'm reading is true, Lowe's might just be in cahoots with this thieving ring if so many charges go through stating Lowe's as the merchant. Think about it!
