This toll free number is a legit Lowe's Customer Service phone number for those who have placed orders online with Lowe's. The online store number is 0907, you will not find it as a location since it is our web orders. The way internet orders work is that your card does not get charged until you pick it up, if you don't pick up all items then those items will be charged to your account when you do pick them up.

I bought a grill online from Lowe's in Lewisville, TX in early Dec 2020. It was finally delivered and charged $648.42 to my card on Jan 11, 2021. Then on Feb 18, 2021, I received a second charge of $648.42 from a Lowe's store #00907 in NC. I was charged the same amount twice. The second one is a fraudulent charge and I looked up the Lowe's store #907 online and found all these other people stating fraudulent charges from this supposed store. I have called my credit card company and cancelled my card and am getting a new one. I can't believe no one has been able to shut these scammers down yet! Is it Lowe's online ordering system that is being hacked? Lowe's, DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS!!!

LOWE'S fraud still continuing to this day. Had fraudulent charges of $753.36, $1080.82, and $2101.35 on 10/29/22, 10/30/22, 10/31/22. Same store #00907* documented on credit card.

I noticed charges on my credit card from LOWES #00907 NC. I live in Georgia. Upon further research i remember my wife purchasing Lowes online. Problem solved(for me).

I just pulled my credit card statement to find two fraudulent charges on my card from Lowe's. I never shop at Lowe's. The first was a small purchase for $16.76 at store #00097 and the second purchase was for $195.22 at store #00907. I called the number on the statement that was listed under the first small purchase. Talked to a customer service agent who could see the charge on their computer. She told me it was an online order to be picked up at the store in NC (I live in Iowa). She said it hadn't been picked up yet. She was going to reverse that charge. The second larger purchase she couldn't find in their system. She also went back through their paper records 4 days prior to the post on my card. She couldn't find anything. The store #00097 is a legit store but the store #00907 is not. She said the thief's some how created the fictitious store #00907 to get it to go through the credit card system. She said they will make a small purchase to see if it will go through and when it does they will then do a larger purchase. I contacted my credit card company and cancelled the card immediately! FYI: the description for the charge on my card said: Lowes #00907 North Wilkesbnc

I have a charge on my card as well for $100.54 #000907* I was at work that day and I have a Lowes card so I would not use my Master Card to make this purchase. I wish someone would bust these people.

I got charged $172.85 and Lowes Cant find any charge in their system from any store in the country on the date it was charged. I canceled the card and they are investigating this.

This charge is for Lowe’s Home Improvement online purchases. If you haven’t made any purchases from Lowe’s on the Internet, then someone did using your credit card. Lowe’s online seems to be backed up when charging credit cards during COVID so you may see purchases charged from a couple of months back. Check your credit card statements and ensure you aren’t being double billed but otherwise this is a legit institution.

I had 4 frudulent charges on my WF Visa from Lowes #00907 totaling $3200.

Over $5,000 FRAUDULANTLY charged to Lowes.com on our business debit card over the last few days. I had it happen to my personal account a few years ago - again with a Lowes.com charge for almost $300! Why does Lowe's seem to think this is ok? They need a better system in place so people are not constantly scammed. Look at this list here - it's pretty pathetic that typing in Lowe's #00907 pulls up this website! I will never buy anything from Lowe's again. They obviously don't care enough about their customers to work on preventing fraud. Home Depot doesn't seem to have this problem.

When I checked my account today i actually had a credit for 636.75 also from the same store My credit union was unable to trace it. I have cancelled my debit card and i hope they will be unable to reverse the charge.

Our Marriott Chase Visa's fraud dept was helpful. They also found another fraudulent transaction (eBay for $1.00) that was still pending. Excellent service from Chase.

Just ordered online at Lowe's.com and the received a notice that there were 4 charges made. I only made one of them! Now the bank is saying that the other charges already went through? How come lowes.com is not safe?

If you ordered online it will show as LOWES #00907* - 866-483-7521 NC or something along those lines. It is unrelated to what store you picked the order up at. When the order is placed an authorization hold appears on the card but the charge is not processed until the order is picked up or delivered to you.

Well, they are still at it. I was going through my charges over the last few months and found this very transaction. They used my card for a $3,000.95 charge! Fortunately, I used Chase Bank. They always have my back. I reposted it as fraud.

If you add installation through Lowes, please read this. We ordered a garage door opener from Lowes.com, we added on the installation service so the price was $321.10 total. Three days later there are three different charges on the card $149.77, $171.33, and $321.10. So, Lowes basically charged the card twice. I called customer service and was told because we ordered the garage door opener and the installation, which is through an independent contractor, they charged the two charges separate and the original $321.10 is a pre authorization. Now the $321.10 should be removed 3-10 business days after the installation. So there is a possibility that that extra $321.10 that they charged will stay on there for a total of 16 business days. I think this is a terrible business practice, they already pre-authorized the full amount and should find a different way to distribute the money instead of putting $642.20 on our card. Lowes should make that clear when you are adding installation.

I just noticed when going on the Lowes website the store at the top shows University Centre Lowes in Wilmington NC. Maybe that is why people are getting the two different charges. I live in the midwest, 1000 miles from North Carolina but that is what it shows at the top if just going into the site. But that is still fraudulent because didn't order from there ordered from my home city and picked up item in my home city. Store 00907 - same phone number like everyone else. This happened about 2 weeks ago for me.

I got my credit card statement and freaked out for a minute when I saw LOWES #00907 NORTH WILKESB NC as I live in Missouri. Been genuinely hacked at least twice in as many years. Quick investigation and this IS the Lowe's online order store number which is a purchase I did make with this exact amount verified with the email I found with Lowe's order. So check with spouse or whomever to make sure one or the other shopped Lowe's online.

On 11-06-22 a purchase in the amount of $411.70 was made at #00907. The charge has been reported as fraudulent to my bank and credit card cancelled. It was an on-line purchase for what I have no idea. The phone # shows as 866-483-7521 and when you call iyou get a recording telling you to go to the website which is of no help.

My credit card number was used to place a $1,857.31 Lowes order that I never placed here. The next day my card was used to buy a Cricket phone in FL. I did not do that either as I live in SC.

I have been charged twice in the last 30 days. One for $410.01 and $465.45. Name they used was LOWES #00907. This is a online order store. I buy on Amazon quite a bit. I am not sure if they got hacked or not but if you have a fraud charge on your card and also buy on amazon this could be the common charge they got the number from. cancelled the card.

I logged into my bank account today to discover my account being hacked. 10 charges back to back at LOWES.COM #00907 over $1000. Called the 1-866-483-7572 number referencing the charges. The customer service person had zero interest in helping me. I even asked to speak with someone in the fraud department. She claimed they don’t have that type of department. I’m furious! I went to my bank immediately. Thank God they are helping me with this. The same person continued to charge 11 more transactions at other places. I agree…LOWES STEP UP AND RESOLVE YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING PORTALS!!!!!!

While I understand this may be the online store, I had 2 purchases from Lowes online. 2 charges, smaller and separate over the span of a week. I haven't purchase anything from Lowes in over a year. One of the purchases was yesterday (12/31/2016) and I know the charges are 100% not mine. So, while store "#00907*north wilkesbnc" might be the actual online Lowes identifier, all of these complaints seem similar and I say it's fraud. I shut off the card.

I had a charge on my card and the description was Lowes #00907 North Wilkesbnc. At first, I couldn't figure out what the charge was for, and then I realized that I had bought something online and had it shipped to my son. It just shows up as Lowes #00907 North Wilkesbnc.

My chase debit card was charged $2,600 just couple days ago by Lowes 000907 in N Wilkesboro in NC. I see that earliest posts about this fraud are from 2015, which means that those thieves have been stealing money for 7 years and nobody did anything to them? And even Lowes didn't make improvements to their security system ? WOW

My account was just hacked yesterday for 4 charges of $1654.50 and my bank caught it. Closed account, issued a new card and the basturds got the 5th charge of $2628.54 to go through!!! People really need to get a real job and stop scamming Americans out of their hard earned money!!! This number is out of NM. 1-866-483-7521. Not NC. I hope to God that these people are caught!

My credit card bill shows a purchase from Lowes for the amount of 526.80. I made no such transaction and do even no what was purchased. Trying to get through to the credit card company to no evail.

this was twice on my chase visa statements one month after the next but only one day apart being charged so caught the cut off day for cc statements, called lowes 866 483 7521 number attached to the line item from a store # 00907 out of NC. we live in TX and have own lowes acct that we use specifically when we are there and never charge to visa or other acct. Lowes not helpful at all, told me to call my credit card who were awesome and reported as fraud. LOOK AT YOUR STATEMENTS Lowes does not take responsibility for any charges, they would rather have you call your cc company . THEY NEED TO take control of fraudulent monies being charged to ppls accounts. Lowes needs to fix this not your cc company or your own pocket book. My acct has been on auto pay so I might not have reviewed the statement and it might have just been paid and fortgotten about . Charge to my MasterCharge on 12/28/17 through Lowe’s 00907 for 106.99. This is fraud by some sneaky people who seem to be able to charge at will using this Lowe’s site despite multiple complaints of fraudulent charges via different credit cards. I am supposed to file police report (really?).

Noticed four charges on the same day from Lowe's 907. I called the phone number on my credit card statement and spoke with a Lowe's customer service agent. The charges were fraudulent. I had to dispute the charges with Lowe's, my credit card company and cancel my card.

I received a fraudulent charge from this Lowes number. It was under $20 but I assume if I hadn't caught it there would have been more. I opened a claim and will be receiving a new card, however, DO NOT recommend ordering online at Lowe's. I ordered online back in May and paid that order and in July had this random fraud charge- so somehow people are getting a hold of card info.

Seems like most of these other posts. I got a charge of 2,954. from lowes #00907. That's the online order center. talked to them, they could not figure what was ordered or even find the dollar amount that matched mine. didn't even get the phone number on my statement. had to get it from the lowes store i normally go to. had to cancel the cc. Some of these other posts say that lowes doesn't even keep the delivery address after delivery. mabey someone can get lowes to help with this fraud and get them to keep this info to help track down where this stuff goes.

It happened to me too. My statement listed a $32.40 Lowe's charge from the North Wilkesboro, NC store #00907*. I checked out every store in North Carolina on Lowe's website and there is no such store.

Got my credit card bill yesterday and it showed 4 transactions to "Lowes #00907" totaling over $4000!!! Three were the day after Christmas. Other fraudulent charges to other companies on New Year's Eve. Canceled the credit card and have been investigating. #00907 is the number Lowes uses to indicate an internet purchase. It is one of their order fulfillment centers. I talked to a very helpful patient guy at Lowes and all we could determine is that some crook used my credit card info and bought a washer, dryer and refrigerator. They said they don't save the delivery addresses once the items have been delivered, so they couldn't say where the items went. Clearly, Lowes is a favorite shopping place for internet criminals. My credit card company suggested checking my transactions throughout the month to monitor for fraud. That's what I plan to do.

This is 100% for Lowe's online purchases. Once I knew that I was able to connect all the charges with e-mail confirmations or logging into my online Lowes account to see purchase history.

This morning when I logged into my bank account to figure out some bills, there was a charge from Lowes 00907 with a phone number listed. I called the number to dispute a nearly 600 dollar charge, but they couldn't locate any orders. I immediately called my bank and cancelled both of my cards and requested new ones.

I think Karma will eventually catch up to these people. I can't believe that this has been happening for over 2 years. Insane.

I received a charge on my home credit card. I don't take the card out of the house. The transaction was posetd on May 7, 2018 from store 00907. This is North Carolina. I live in California and have never been to NC. I called the number and they said it was an internet order. I didn't purchase anything for 504.67 on the internet and they do not have records to tell me what was purchased.
