LOWES HOME IMP BY IME 336-658-3849 GA

Was charged this on my Discover Card $2,110 for Lowes Improvement Work Order #32624192 thru Certified Installer Yes Air Conditioning & Plumbing #8757 on 06-07 paid on 06-08 by DC for a Hot Water Heater installation. I Have requested an itemized Invoice reflecting what I Paid for the Water Heater. Labor Charges and any other items including Sales Taxes paid. Lowes cannot find the Work Order in their System and requests made to Yes have apparently been ignored as I have yet to receive

I have the same charge item for a Hot Water Heater installation. Similar problem. My Hot water heater is not working after 6 months, and to fix it under warranty they need the receipt. Lowes Corporate says they can’t find the purchase and has no record. Who then is Lowes Home Improvement as itemized on my credit statement?

Had the same thing happen as Ronald, ordered window blinds. A gentleman came to the house with a sample book, took my order and measurements. I put 1/3 down. The phone number on my credit card statement is no longer active and the area code is not in GA but in NC. Then I called the guy who set up the appointment. He said he no longer works for the company; his area code is also in NC. Went to Lowe's today, there is no evidence of an order. MC already issued a credit to my account, I guess I'm not the only one.
