These showed up on bank statement, and I had made no purchases at all from Macy's

two separate charges adding up to 69.97

not sure why but Macy's could not find my account at all by name, number, account number, or SSN. As if not having their credit card made it harder for them. Macy's was of no help at all as to checking if I had made any purchases with them recently. Just had to call my bank and report it as fraud and get a new card.

There where 2 different withdrawals from my card total to the amount of around $408 i need my money back
