The customer, Santiago Perez, snf Denis Hourihan, bought a book from us, which was clearly explained, got a receipt, got numerous emails about the charge. And yet he insists we somehow fraudulently charged him. HE signed up for this.
He BOUGHT A BOOK from us. All he has to do is contact us at https://www.GetRapidHelp.com and we cheerfully and immediately refund anyone within 60 days of purchase.
How can I get a refund for something that I didn't buy my bank account was hacked by someone that brought an item that costed 79.00 dollars. Called my bank and card was cancelled. The item in question was brought at 9:19 pm,cause I received a bank alert. Could you let me know how this can be fixed an return my money asap please. Bank already file a fraud report
You charged my acct $5 to see if it would go through. Then in March you charged me $79.00. I never bought anything from "matt cook." Stop billing and stealing my money, and credit my account for $80. I am reporting you to the BBB!
I followed an add for a "free" book on Facebook for men's health by Matt Cook, with a $5 shipping charge. I thought it looked interesting so agreed to the $5 shipping donation. However, a couple of weeks later my credit card was instead charged $79 from: "MATT COOK 877-691-3328 877-6913328 US"
this charges appeared out of nowhere i did agree to pay $5.00 for his book nothing else i requested a rebate of this unauthorized as soon as saw it and that was weeks ago . iguess the next 3 days will tell about this guy and is word frank pietroski i wii be back with full report in days
Clearly did the same.thing as the other people in those string. MATT COOK IS A THIEF PLAIN AND SIMPLE
I found a charge on my bank account for $79.00 from Matt Cook. I have never heard of this person, nor have I made a purchase from them!!! Calling my bank asap! How and why are you scamming people?!?! Will be reporting this NOW! Card cancelled! You won't get another dollar from me or anyone else by the time I'm finished!

Same for me. I ONLY agreed to pay shipping for the free book. Nothing else. Then $79.00 charge showed up. My credit card alerted me of a possible fraudulent charge which I confirmed. I have reported this as a fraudulent charge (which it is). It's obvious from others' stories it is a regular scam that is being run.
