yes it is a charge by a company out in California for a service (hidden) when you get an offer to buy golf equipment. Mine was a deal on golf balls. When you buy you are signed up for their service and they bill you every month. $19.95 Fortunately I lucked out an cancelled the transaction. But the charge continued to show on my banking statement. I just noticed it 12/12/2016. I contacted them and they had a record of my cancelling the order ( it was 11mo. ago) and they are supposed to refund me 11 months of the charges (all of them) in 3 to 5 business day on 5 of the charges and 10 business days on the remaining 6.
