$18.00 charge showed up on my credit card. I never subscribed MDC Better Homes. I never set up automatic renewal. This is a Scam! How can my credit card be reimbursed?

I have a charge from mdc*betterhomes&gardens on my visa account,(ending in 0115) posted Feb 2 for $19.67. I did not authorize this charge.

I ordered a new atm card less than 10 days ago. I used my card a couple days later on firmoo to order *free prescription glasses with a coupon they provided agreeing to processing and shipping and handling fees only. The total agreed upon was $10.90. Later there was an additional international service charge for .33. I figured they may try to add fees because it was supposed to be * Free. The next morning I wake up to my brand new card being used for another online subscription here. I will tell you I shop around and received a free subscription to better homes and gardens last year through a wonderful deal. I moved and they said that my new address was to recieve my current subscription then, and I never received another magazine from them. I still love you better homes and gardens very very much, I will even purchase again in the future through all of this!, but I did not have anything to do with this recent charge. It is fraudulent and I would like my money back asap. I reported it to my bank today and ordered another new card immediately. We ( my bank branch and I) will be dealing with this transaction Monday or Tuesday this week. The bank does need the transaction to finish processing before adequate reactions can be made. Please help.

Charged me twice. I reported it and put a stop on all charges on my card. $18 each time
