I believe this is Newark, an electronics retailer. They sell development boards, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc. https://www.newark.com Also related to Element 14 I believe https://www.element14.com

My credit card company denied this charge as it appeared fraudulent. It was seeing that I did not order anything from this company and I am nowhere it it's area.
