I am being billed on a monthly basis by Netflix while my account is cancelled. The banker Said it's like a payment, not a debit. Please stop it.

Netflix charged me 4x/month since June 2021. I have bank statements to prove it.

I posted on 04/07/2022 that I was being billed $14.83 for Netflix. This was a legitimate billing. My Apple account was being billed for $19.07 for Netflix. I discontinued this payment.

I am being billed $14.83 which I did not authorize. I am requesting a refund. I plan to follow up with a report to the Consumer Protection Agency.
