In response to one such post, I gave a lengthy explanation, which may or may NOT be helpful to you. I think it has the title "Test Post" and shows my name as Da.
I know of two companies called Norfex:
Norfex Holdings Ltd. and Norfex Services Ltd.
They are located in Central America and in Europe, respectively.
Neither is tied to the USA, and both operate dating web sites that some say are shady at best.
Do you have an 800 phone number by chance?
Was the amount charged US $38.59 ? If so, you should reread this post carefully enough to locate my other post on this site.
