I learned about payNor charges (mentioned at the bottom of my other post here) from this same web site if I recall correctly.
So one might benefit by searching this site for payNor, or for Norfex.

Test post
The phone number I see is 800-891-7846. The name I recognize is Norfex. Norfex Holdings Limited uses that number for customer service on its many dating web sites for USA users. The person asking for an explanation should review all online dating web sites that they have ever given their credit card info to. Then they should check the bottom of the Log In page of each site for the name Norfex Holdings Ltd. Alternately, they should check the bottom of each email they have received from any dating site. If the person is male, he probably sent a token payment for trial subscription to a Norfex Holdings site. Then he neglected to cancel that subscription before the automated renewal charges set in. Those charges will recur monthly until he cancels. Typical amounts are US $38.59. I am leery of all Norfex Holdings sites until I find out how difficult it is to cancel soon enough. The company has a PO Box in the British Virgin Islands, and generally should not be confused with Norfex Services based on the island of Malta in Europe. Similar explanations apply to mysterious charges made by the name payNor if memory serves me.
