What is it?

The real SciAm account name is "NPG*ScientificAmerican". This one is a fraud. This charge came two months before my SciAm subscription expired, was in the wrong amount, and on an account that did not allow automatic renewal. My guess is that this long-running scam is perpetrated by someone with some access to SciAm database. The trick is to fool the victims into not bothering to verify or complain.

I was charged $49.99 just this morning for npg scientic which I know is NOT SciAm. What is my first step?
