What is it?

If I didn't initiate the purchase of life lock then it is a scam. Plain and simple. The charge just showed up on my account.

This is NOT the Norton Symantec computer security company. This is a scam that I have reported to my credit card company and they are taking action on it. When you call the Norton AP number, they do not respond with their company name even when you ask.

This is a scam. I never ordered Lifelock and bought Norton security as a once time purchase when I bought my laptop with a different credit card that I use for business (i.e., Norton never had the number of the card used today.) I was charged twice by the scam minutes apart in the early morning hours of today.

This is not a scam. It's Life Lock. It's a legitimate way to protect your identity. I've had it for years and first heard about from Rush Limbaugh back in the day. Not everything is a scam.

This was indeed LifeLock and I verified it with the purchase amount and timing in my account.

Can you help? What is this charge?
