What is it?

My debit card was charged $237.49 for a purchase I did not make at a store in Kent # 1078 which I have never been to. The charge was dated Jan 16, 2022 with a debit card ending in ... 7471.

Coincidently I made a purchase on Jan 26 at the Lacey store for $27.35 and that purchase was charged correctly to another credit card.
