What is it?

This is the MBNA automatic payment system, possibly tied to CheckFree. (When my MBNA credit card was taken over by Bank of America, this automated payment continued, but the interface to manage it disappeared. BoA cards have a different automated payment system.)

Also, if you are in the same situation (used this service for MBNA automated payments and want to cancel it), Bank of America's "Specialized Services" department can handle your request.

When you call BoA's credit card customer service to cancel the mystery auto pay service that isn't the BoA Bill Pay feature, ask for Specialized Services to help. They will track down the old information through another system that is no longer used by customers and find the company where the auto pay was setup - in my case it wasn't Checkfree. They'll have to cancel it for you, you can't do it yourself. I just had this done, so let's see what happens next month.

FYI - I called BOA and they said they could not help - that Net Access had to discontinue the payments. Trouble is, there's no interface for Net Access anymore and I don't know who to contact to find them!!!!!

Can you help? What is this charge?
