NEOTERICSOL is how a transaction was reported by Paypal on my bank statement for a car part that I bought on Ebay from "wowpartspro." It was paid for out of a bank account via Paypal but not paid BY Paypal. I was initially very concerned because I did not recognize the charge and it was NOT shown on my Paypal activity page. But it was legitimate.

for me this was a Samsung watch charging adapter.
