I had PCH look up one phone number for me and they signed me up for their service, without my knowledge. I have been billed $29.95 for one year on my credit card. I called the company & she said they would refund me three months and my next billing, they deducted three payments --took me fir $299.50ayments (29.95) and then charged me one. She said company policy was Three refunds only. THIS SHAM WILL BE REPORTED TO THE FTC AND SEE IF THEY CAN DO ANYTHING WITH THIS FRADULENT COMPANY, 85 YR.,OLD DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN SCREWED AGAIN BY HONEST FRADULENT AMEARICAN COMPANY

Have not used ur services....but being charged

I was charged a one time fee, for one report, and then I got charged $33.95 recently. How do I go about this and dispute it?

I have been billed by your company at least $20+ times for the amount of $37.40 . I haven't ordered a service, requested anything from your company. My email address is llauren2012@gmail.com. if this hasn't stopped today I'm not only contacting the Better Business Bureau, The fraud prevention with Department of HS, and submitting all the information to my family attorney. I've contacted you multiple times . This will stop!!!

Did not order a subscription. Thought was only purchasing a one time only report.

Being charged for something I never requested or signed up for

I don’t know what does PCH intellius is but I called the number to try and find out why I keep getting charged 2286 a month for over a year now and I can’t speak with a live person at all so I feel like this is a complete scam. This is a bunch of BS and I want to know how to go about getting this off of my account.

Being charged for this PCH Intelius and did NOT sign up for it , don’t even know what the heck it is and sure didnt consent to them taking money 34.95 out of my state debit card for anything what so ever! Something needs to be done to sites like this for sure cause this isn’t the first time! I was taken for 300.00 two weeks ago from two websites that never heard of and names of sites didn’t even make sense and when I called they barley could even talk English and wouldn’t even listen to me about it and hung up on me and I called back couple more times and no answer! It’s a bunch of BS period!!

I've tried to cancel this so-called service numerous times. I thought I was successful in doing so however, it "reappeared" one day while looking at my credit card statement. This has been going on over a year and at $29.95 that's quite a bit of money for something I don't even use! Bologna!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

My name is Herbert Townsend. I have never enrolled in this service. Yet, you are posting a charge to my account in the amount of $24.86. The only fraudulent activity I see on my account is from your company. If you continue with this attempt, I will report this to the FBI. I am certain I am not the only person to experience this.

Yes I was baited for a 1 search for $1 then noticed charges to my card monthly $29.95. This pch site must be closed down. Now I notice they are taking everyone on here for a ride. This companys practices is scum. I will be notifying better business and further if necessary until this place is no more. I'm surprised they were allowed to function this long.

Transition on my social security card on 1/5/2022 for 29.95 . I didn't make this purchase.

I have not ordered anything from this company yet my credit card has been charged every month for at least six months. I’m reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint. Stop charging me for a service I never signed up for.

I admit I had them look up one number for me, I thought it was a free trial or I had to pay like a $1, don't really remember, I however thought this was one that if you didn't actually sign up for the membership it would just cancel out, it did not. They have been trying to charge my Chime account for a couple of months now and I thought after the third attempt they would stop, I went to the site logged in and just cancelled subscription. We will see if they try and charge my account even with the cancelled subscription, I did remove the payment info on the account as well. If you are being charged whether you remember signing onto their site or not I would go and try to login if successful just cancel subscription and remove payment source. This is a complete scam. I was dumb enough to be tempted into the using the service once. Like others have said they tell you it's free trial and if you cancel within a week you won't get charged.

I was only interested in getting information in regards to one number. And upon getting the "report" back it was completely worthless. It literally had no information in it. So of course I immediately cancel the subscription both because I only ever wanted to use it once and because it was completely useless.

But of course the subscription never got cancelled and they continued trying to bill me every month.
