PGANDE WEB ONLINE IS the PGE company online payment service. I made a payment online at the official PG&E web page, and later a charge for the exact same amount appeared in my online bank statement. I don't know if there are any other similarly named entities that are defrauding people, but this one is legit. If you have autopay set up with PG&E, then you will periodically see your bill payments show up in your bank statement as this. https://m.pge.com is where i go to manage my account online. The times and amounts match perfectly. There is no duplication which would indicate PG&E is charging me separate from this account.

The bill PGANDE WEB ONLINE / ACH Withdrawal to my checking account was in fact PG&E. I just confirmed this on my last two bills. Log into your PG&E account online and see if the amounts match your past bills due.

I had 2 ACH withdrawals from my bank account from PGANDE. I confirmed through PG&E's billing department that those charges were not made by PG&E. Fraud was highly suspected and I notified my bank to put a hold on this ACH account. I may have to change my account to rectify this situation which would be a significant hassle.

PGANDE is Pacific Gas and Electric.

It would be really great if PG&E has this explained on their website so we don't have to ask and see a charge on our bank statement questing this charge, as this is part of PG&E payment process. Gee PG&E, at least try to be customer focus. thanks.

I was charged 711.74 on 4/29. This seems to be excessive and fraud. If it is not, may I have a precise accounting of this?

PGANDE is pop star Pelicia Pgande. These are like fan club dues, merchandise, and fees. Pelicia Pgande is featured on Pic-Toc and is popular with teenagers. Ask your children if they have been playing Pgande-Pop online as some teenagers have run up substantial on-line charges.

THIS IS NOT PGE. PGEANDE IS NOT PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC. I was charged $442.61 by this company PGEANDE instead of $42.00. that's how I became suspicious. I filed a dispute with my bank to stop payment.

I was charged $463.30 on 8/15/22. I believe this an excessive amount. I have solar panels on my house.

PGANDE WEB ONLINE xxxxxxxxx00818 Took $358.80 from my account, had to close account and cards. My bank is disputing the charges for me. This appears to a foreign operation. Be cautious this is not Pacific Gas and Electric.
