What is it?

I called the toll free number. They claimed it was a "subscription" to a dietary supplement. We neither ordered it nor received it.

I had to provide the first four and last four digits of my credit card. I'm just a bit suspicious, but we will see.

By the way, the phone number on our statement was 877-225-4864. The lady I spoke to said they were in Miami.
