I DID NOT APPROVE THIS PROGRAM ON MY COMPUTER AND ON MARCH THE 4TH IT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY ACOUNT. I DID NOT AND MY COMPUTER HAS HAD PROBLEMS AFTER IT APPEARD ON MY COMPUTER.

This is the biggest piece of crap download on the internet! Windows ought to be ashamed to be connected to this! It fried my laptop and my desktop computers, and all their tech support can say about that is, "Yes, we will refund your money"...or charge you another $200 - $300 to "MAYBE" fix the problems their program caused! I suggest to everyone...DO NOT PURCHASE PC CLEANER!

I have a charge checking count of $19.97, on 10/14/2014. I did not agree to this charge on my debit check cashing card. I would like to report this as fraud and have this charge removed from my checking account and replaced with my money. This transaction, which I did not agree to, caused my bank account to charge me an overdraft fee for a scheduled payment which I did not not have enough funds for because of this fraudulent transaction.
