Just had the same issue today 10/23/15 happen to me! 400.57 pending on my account. For fraud issues, call 888-719-1808. they were of great help, its SAKS DIRECT legal/fraud department telephone #.

On my Debit Card 381.43 Was also reported to my Bank As Fraud

On 10/2/2014, someone attempted 2 large tranactions of $1.8k each with SAKS DIRECT at Aberdeen, MD. My credit card is Visa and my bank denied those transactions and issued me a new card.

Just had a $733 charge today, called Saks at 1-888-719-1808 and they were very helpful in reversing the charge and cancelling. I even got an order # and was able to search and find some info on who and where(won't release, I'm filing a police report). I encourage any of you who have had a charge from this store to do the same so they can go after these folk, hopefully.

I just got scammed for two charges of $324.00 and $724.00. My bank notified me to see if I made those purchases and I said no. The bank managed to stop one purchase but the 724 purchase went through and it is on hold through my bank. I have to file a dispute to be able to get my money back and they also closed my card out making it very inconvenient for me. I contacted Saks Direct so that they can explain to me how they verify someone's credit card as the official owner and they said that they just ask for the card number and expiration date. Not a good and complete way of verifying I think. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB.

I was just hit with $519 from Saks Aberdeen ($5 Krispy Kreme, Spotify twice for $9.99 and .99 I guess to test the card). It's ridiculous so many of us have been charged by the same vendor at the same location even though they have other distribution centers that do not have such claims. Since I see it's happening all around the nation and even other countries I will assume it's some site we all visited and not skimmer. The only suspicious site I've been on was this kids science site that automatically downloaded some empty txt file (perhaps keyboard reader). I'm waiting for CC to send me the shipping address if there was one. Could it be an inside job where they know what's in stock at the Aberdeen location and that's what they buy?

I bought a visa gift card for the purpose of Thanksgiving Meal. I spent 2 hours with a migraine creating order for our meal and attempted to pay with gift card and it was rejected. I got on vanilla gift card site and saw a charge for 97.00 , wow they left me 3.00. The charge was to SAKS . I called customer service and they did file claim , however it takes 60-90 days to resolve. Mind you I live in California and charge was to SAKS in New York>>> so beware vanilla card buyers..............

I made some bill payments today, so I went online to check my bank statement and I saw a charge I did not make from SAKS Aberdeen. I have never heard of this store I had a charge of 203.35. I called my bank and reported it and filed a claim. This is ridiculous fkn theives!

I experienced the same fraudulent charges from none other than Saks Direct in Maryland! Two days ago, I checked my online banking account, only to find out that my account was overdrawn by $433! Obviously, my acct was hacked and these disgusting trolls got their slimy hands on my debit card information and purchased $700.00 worth of merch from Saks Direct. After reading ALL of these posts, it seems as if Saks Direct, is an easy target for these scams and after all of the fraudulent charges that have been reported to Saks, you would think that some type of security measure would have been put into place...soooo many fraudulent charges, come on Saks..???.. Also, I'm beyond frustrated w/my banking institution REGIONS for approving the charge (when I clearly didn't have the funds in my account). Unfortunately, I (the loyal, longtime REGIONS customer), has to wait until their investigation is finished (up to 20 days!) and so, I'm unable to pay my bills that are due because Regions approved a charge on my debit card (when they should have declined it OR at the very least, contacted me about a suspicious transaction!). The little amount of money I did have in my account was needed to pay my end of the month bills, car insurance, gas utility, etc. Now, this loyal, longtime Regions customer has a compromised account, had to cancel my Debit card & wait for replacement to be mailed, they're holding MY MONEY HOSTAGE while they investigate fraudulent charge...that, once again(!!), should have NEVER BEEN APPROVED..such negligence on their part! I'm so damn mad! Financially, our family has to operate day to day, penny to penny! My husband was hit and left being a leg amputee, due to a "very, very, otherwise BUSY TEXTING TEEN"(!!), and unfortunately we can't afford the time or money for REGIONS to investigate anything! I brought this fraudulent charge to their attention when the charge was still in a "pending status" (of course it's pending...I didn't have enough funds in the account and Regions should've declined the transaction). Is Regions going to wait until my husbands disability check comes through and then pay Saks(??) after I've told them 2 days in a row that it's FRAUD! They continually inform me that I need to wait until it posts to my acct before they can start paperwork for fraud. WHAT??? I just told you it's fraud...DON'T pay Saks Direct and give me my damn money back! Beyond disgusted with Regions and these disgusting Trolls! Didn't really need ANOTHER headache to stress me out! Our lives are completely and totally screwed because of these "ignorant texting teens" and now to add insult to injury, we have to deal with these pigs out there trolling and hacking anyone and everyone they can....there's a special place in HELL for them!

Charge on my checking account via my Visa check card to SAKS Direct #689 Aberdeen Md for $630.06 - reported as fraud to my bank.

Ok, I had charge today for this Saks Aberdeen scam. I have my bank card set to notify me when any purchase over 10 bucks occurs so I saw it right away. I did stop the transaction via my large mega banks, and also called Saks Security phone number as others here have adnthey stopped the shipment. Interesting facts: The Saks shipment was to a New York Address - I live in Midwest. Also, I did business with a company in Corona California not but two days before this transaction and I see a shipment from another victim to Corona California. Hmmmmm.

I received a text message from my bank to verify a transaction for $321.14 for Saks Direct #689 in Aberdeen, Md (I live in Denver, CO). I immediately responded "No" and the transaction was declined and a new card is being sent. What I don't understand is how does Saks no request the CVC number on the back of the card. I guess they prefer to have all this fraudulent activity listed under their name.

Two fraudulent VISA credit card purchases this morning from Saks Direct; $348. and $321.18. Visa closed account right away. Don't know how my card was accessed, as I only use this card for online purchases. Also, there is a fraudulent local restaurant charge??? Obviously, Saks Direct needs to increase their fraud protection department.
