SAKS DIRECT HRDC

I have an AMEX "Gift Card" given to me on my Birthday in Oct. 2022. I just found out someone used my card(Still in my possession) to charge $200. How do I report this FRAUD to SAKS DIRECT #689 0682. I want to file a police report. I see that this happens a lot at this store $689. Please help Thank you

I received an American Express Gift Card for my birthday. I have never used the card. I called to check my balance and was told that a charge for $48 was processed at Saks Direct. The card is still in my possession. How can I dispute this charge?

My phone got hacked and the card was stored in my photos Went to use the card and $250 was charged on the $300 card. And I may know who it was.
