Sam’s Club 6279 is what shows for Sam’s Club dotcom (internet) purchases.

I received 2 texts from Capital One saying a $25.00 and a $380.00 at Sams.com #6279 and Sams Club.com. I declined and got another text from Capital One with a link to click to send me a new card. I smell a rat and didn't click the link and I will call Capital One direct.

There is a charge on my credit card made on October 10, 2022 for $52.97. It was from Samsclub.com 6279 888-746-7726 TX. I did not make this purchase. I have contacted Sam's Rep Nicole and confirmed this transaction does not show up on my account.
