This is a charge for a self-pay parking lot at 1265 Bannock Street, Denver CO. The phone number shown, however, belongs to Dikeou Realty--the connection between the two companies, if any, is unknown. I researched this upon receiving a ticket several months later for supposed failure to pay the parking fee, which assertion my statement clearly disproves. Selkirks charged my rental car company $87 for this and this was passed on to me along with another processing fee. How the error occurred that Selkirks believes the parking fee was not paid when it clearly was, is unknown. I am requesting restitution by the rental car company for the automatic duplicate payment and penalty assessed to my credit card on the basis of Selkirks erroneous assertion of non-payment.
