This company was the biller for MS Office software being allegedly sold to me by a "MS Partner," the Green Software Store. Without my knowledge or consent, they sold me a 2013 Office Home and Business Suite with an Volume Product Key Code. I thought that I was buying a discounted program from the MS Partner, as shown on the web site and all of my email correspondence. I wasn't, and now that I need to reinstall that program due to an operating system failure, I can't get either SELZ.com or greensoftwarestore.com to even correspond with me, norwill MS lift a finger to help me deal with their "Partner."
MS needs to talk to their attorneys about the meaning of the word "partner." As far as I'm concerned, all three companies belong in the same bag-- watch your back if you deal with any of them.
