This person has stolen multiple times from many people and is using you as his merchant processor for credit card payments that are fraudulently taken through a phising website that has been created to get peoples money worldwide. Maybe you could stop them from using your services. It has an https security encryption through lets encrypt and currently there are quite a few people claiming to have ordered from the piclity.life website to be sent face masks instead of the products that they ordered in my case a 72 inch vizio flatscreen tv. As i came to findout ssl does nothing to protect the consumer except for encrypt the code being sent from my computer to his but doesnt regulate any of the charges that are being transfered. So no longer will i purchase items online. Thanks for processing my payment to them i assume its a scam site and am almost 100 percent sure that i will never see my tv and the masks must be some kind of necessity to make paypal fall for it. Thanks for taking the time to stop the thieves and not being a companion to phising sites
