I received a text from USPS saying I had a delivery that was being delayed and it had a link to click on from the text message. I clicked the link and it brought me to what I thought was a legit USPS website and said I needed to pay $1 to have them ship my items. Right after that my credit card company contacted me asking if I had made these 3 charges that were from SimpleMobile I didn’t even know what that even was, so they were able to deny the charges but I had to have my credit card canceled. I just don’t get why people do this crap, it really makes me mad and is exactly why I NEVER use my debit card for anything online for this exact reason.

My parents have had a fraudulant charge on their bank account from this Company. Never even heard of this company. It is being reported as fraud.

Got a text and email from my bank today saying there was a charge on my card. I reported it as fraudulent as it was from someone in Florida and I have no clue who that phone company even is. It was for $34 and change.

Bank is issuing me a new card but I'm wondering how they got ahold of my information in the first place.

I was charged $55 from this this company yesterday ant my bank informed me. It had been reported ad fraudulent and I have to replace my card. It was recurring. I am upset and surprised, how could they able to fraud with a lot of people in recent time? Is this the real company or it is fake even?

Just saw a charge for 64.62 on my bank debit card that isn't mine. I will dispute the charges and the bank closed old card and issued me another.

I was charged by this company in Florida, and got a call from my bank after. Along with this there were attempted charges to Doordash in New York, and a pizza place in Illinois. Thankfully, I only had about $10 in my bank account, and from the other reports on here, I got lucky since I was only charged $5, but still, not great.

2 charges to my bank account and I don't use your service. Air-tine for what? I'm not using anything Simple mobile; I have my own cellular service, and it's not you. Refund the money for a fraudulent unauthorized "service"

Someone from your company is charging my card illegally I guess from all of the other reports your company is a fraud or somebody in your company is fraudulent or something is not correct in your system because other people have obviously told us that your company is stealing money from other people's credit cards it's really an inconvenience so when you're a single mother and have to block the only account you have SMH this company needs to do something about their policy on stealing people's credit cards or how they process their payments with other people's credit cards that don't be long to their clients this company must not have any kind of security of how to use a credit card at least they should ask for the security account on the back of the card or something SMH

Three back to back charges from this company. I had to also get my account locked and card replaced this is ridiculous...never have used or heard of this service

My card number was stolen and used, with in 24hrs, by gopuff of Philadelphia, miamigrillww (615-290-5236), cash app(san fransico, and this - simplemobile 877-878-7908.

The good thing is i had notified my bank within hours of first charge. Unfortunately this was after house.

I would imagine there is enough connections there to start a fraud investigation

I woke up this morning and saw 27.86 was charged on my bank account from this company. I have never heard of this company or have used a card for this. It is being reported as fraud.

I have been charged by you company this weekend by someone making fraudulent payment to my bank card and have closed my card due to fraud by your company and my bank will be investigation your practices.

Got a fraud alert text at night that there was an attempted charge on my CC for this company. Was not using my CC at the time. CC company did not allow charge to go thru. Canceled and changed to a new card #.

Woke up this morning with a fraudulent charge to my credit card from simplemobile*airtime. I had to call my bank’s fraud department and order a new card. I looked up the company on line and found a phone # of 1-877-878-7908. I called that number and spoke with a representative for 15 minutes, during which time the customer service representative kept insisting that I give him the phone number to which the purchased phone minutes were applied with the $66.83 payment. And I kept telling him that I am not a client of simplemobile.com. After 15 minutes I was told they couldn’t help me and they ended the call.

Found a $62.00 charge on my card last night. Reported as fraud and canceled my card. Anyone know how this is happening to so many people? Where are they getting our information?
