My bank account was charged $9.99 and I did not authorize this. I want it stopped and refunded. I did not even know what Spotify was until I saw this.

I have been charged for unauthorized subscription every month since last 11 months, I had a business account and so many transactions in my account and since that I wasn't able to check each and every transactions and it was charging $9.99 every 22nd of month. This company should be close for there Froud transactions. This is absolutely FROUD company, and should take an legal action against this company.

Apparently I have been getting charged $10.59 on my credit card recently. I do not have or use Spotify. Please stop these charges and advise about refunding past charges.
