Same for $555 Fraud June 2 2018 Beware

Starting in March, SQ* Square Hardware began charging me $73 at the same time each month. I disputed with my credit card company because I have not signed up for any recurring purchases or bills, especially not with a Square merchant. Interestingly, my bank sent me a new card and I got charged again. I contacted Square to see if they could give me more information about the merchant and they were not helpful at all. I have since locked the card and the charge was rejected. If it's legit, the merchant will contact me. Square is zero help and this make me wants to not use a merchant who uses Square for payments.

“SQ* Square Hardware” continues to try to charge different amounts on my 96 year old mom’s credit card even though Bank America changed the card number and rejects the charges. There is no such business as “Square Hardware”. We now have Visa text us the amount and vendor immediately when any charge is made from any vendor whether the card was present or not. This is not a debit card, so maybe don’t use debit cards online.

I was just notified that my credit card was used to post a payment of $532.86 on October 9th & the charge is showing up as Sq*Square Hardware. My credit card was in my office at the time & has not been out of my possession. I did not authorize this charge. Please help!!!

Had a significant charge and immediate credit from Square Hardware - looked strange so I notified the card fraud dept. They researched and there were dozens of additional charges that I couldn't see that had not yet posted - many from overseas. Card had to be cancelled and I will have a new one issued.

Fraud on my 96year old Mother’s credit card 2/4/2022. SQ*SQUARE HARDWARE. First for $57.37 then that is credited back the same day by them. The second was for $77.72 which is not credited back. Her card was used for an Amazon purchase 2/1 and the seller turned out to sell fake products. Connection?

I also just got scammed, $328.98 at SQ* Square Hardware, the bank contacted me and said it was for "Computer IT"

My debit card was charge $498.00 on April 2 I did not authorized this charge?

I received a call from my bank stating that some a-hole was attempting to have a charge on my card in the amount of $555 authorized; The name provided was “Square Hardware”, in Michigan….

My debit card was charged 171.00 from Square Hardware. Someone suggested their connection with Cash App. may be the issue. Whatever it is needs to be stopped and I will be contacting the Attorney General in the state where this place is located.

I just got two transactions, each of $1376.25 on my VISA with SQ*SQUARE HARDWARE.

Can someone explain why the hell VISA hasn't stopped frauds on that store after all these occurences?
