Showed up on my account 3mths ago, no web presence. Called contact # was told they're a diet & exercise/lifestyle subscription. Have never heard of them cancelled immediately and reported to card issurer

There's a 19.99 charge from September 18 and I did not buy anything. Please correct this and cancel any upcoming charges

Had 19.99 dollars tried to be taken from my account Luckily it was a card that I disposed of 2 weeks ago as I have a new card Who are these people coz I've never heard of them

Unauthorized charge

My card was charged $19.99 at 11:29 pm last night while I was sleeping. I've never heard of this company, nor did I order anything... I want this charge refunded back to my account and any further charges cancelled, since I will be reporting this fraud to the proper authorities...

I was just notified that a company called slc neo tried to charge my card for 19.99 and I have not ordered or authorized any payment to this company, fortunately for me, there wasn't enough on my card for them to take it. I want this company to stop trying to charge my card for unknown purposes. 🤬

Nothing but scammers. Charged $19.99 and they won’t answer the phone.

Our phone number has been linked to this charge and we have received many calls. No one that has called us questioning the charge bought our product, but we are wondering how our number became associated with this charge. We think there was an error here in whatsthatcharge and hopefully it’s been corrected after receiving our email

We understand the charge appears on bank statements as SLC-NEO Denver. Certainly the ACH clearing houses should be able to help identify the company using this name

They tried to charge my card 19.99! Luckily I keep all my credit cards locked! I have never heard of such name and I know dang well I haven’t ordered anything! The scam needs to be put to a stop!
