I need to speak to live person customer service my purse was Stolen when I came to Florida and I had purchased a drink on board my flight coming home from LAX to Fort Lauderdale the debit card I used on flight was good /valid at the time of purchase but Spirit didn't take the funds from the card right then as I anticipated but the charge for the drink on board was charged to the 4/7/25 as I said my purse was Stolen and I have a police case number I am trying to pay the charge because when my purse was stolen the bank cancelled my debit card and had to issue me a new it was said the payment was declined and I am trying to pay. The charge that was declined
