I bought disney on ice tickets on July 12, 2021. For August 14, 2021. And the tickets were fraudulent. I found out when I went to ppl center on aug 14, 2021 and scanned my tickets it said I already used them. This is fraudulent I want all my money back.

ordered tickets from them for Tommy Emanuel this coming October 2023, canceled them immediately when I read these reviews, Pay Pal canceled all future deductions from my account to them but they refuse to allow the purchase to be canceled... my CC company was told the money would not be returned... They cannot be contacted by any means listed .. that are a scam and a fraud...

I thought I was purchasing tickets for Churchill Downs. When I arrived at the racetrack, I found the tickets had not been sent to my email. When I called the number on my confirmation email, the person on the phone kept giving me the runaround about the wrong email and then saying I needed to go to my ticketmaster account to retrieve my tickets. Never got them. Had to cancel my credit card. Luckily the people at the Churchill Downs help desk compt us tickets for the day. Big THANKS to them!

Ordered "early access" tickets to Hadestown on 3/15/23, for a show on 11/5/23. Never received any email confirmation or anything, and when I checked in with the theatre to be sure, they told me it was a scam. I have now filed a dispute with my bank. The fake tickets also ended up costing more than the real ones by almost $200!

Dang! I think I have been ripped off!!!! I thought I was purchasing tickets to the DC Capital Jazz Festival. My account was debited for the amount; however, I have not received the tickets!

Purchased tickets for Beach Boys on June 13th for $149. Never received them and the Casino had no record of purchase. They got their money and I got ripped off!! SCAM

On September 14th I placed an order for Ringo Starr tickets at the Fox Theatre, Atlanta. Thought the price was a high, but they were a birthday gift for a long time friend who loves The Beatles. $480.79 was what showed up on my credit card bill. I never got an email, text, etc on my order. Never a conformation number? I waited till 19th September and called the Fox Theatre box office. They knew nothing about my ticket order. Afraid the show would sell out I order tickets again. The Fox Theatre sent be an email within seconds. I still expected a text on my phone on the original tickets or an email. Nothing. Show came a went. But I did get a bill. Still a mystery ? Who took my order. They came across on the phone as the Fox Theatre box office. Who is this company? I look back on it now as a real scam....

I purchased July 24 tickets for Elton John at Met Life Stadium for my family and I. The money was removed from my bank account and I haven't recieved anything from the company. I was supposed to get an email confirming my order and have not gotten that either. I tried calling the phone number and the office always seems to be closed. I tried contacting them by email and they keep asking for an order ID # which I don't have. Not sure what my next step is.

Husband (not internet savvy at all) purchased one ticket for Ringo Starr b/c "Tickets-Center.com" appeared first in the google search results (I had to look at his browser history to find this out, he didn't remember). He paid $106 for one nosebleed seat (the venue, the Fox, has plenty of great seats available for less, directly from their website) and never received a confirmation. He did get someone on the phone at the 844 number who said he typed his email in wrong, and is supposed to get the ticket resent to him by tomorrow afternoon (the show is day after tomorrow). Let's hope that if he actually receives them, they are legit! The cc charge appears as "Ringo Star and" with no vendor name, but that's the name of the website where he bought them. I'm gonna chop off his hands if he tries to buy another concert ticket again without supervision. DON'T BUY FROM SKETCHY THIRD PARTY VENDORS. THANK YOU FOR COMING TO MY TED TALK.

November 17th 2021 tickets for Dropkick Murphys totalling $251.50 were charged to my bank account. I did not order these and have been going through hell to get my money back. The only information I had about location was this "8442235661 DE" Transaction Date: 11/17/2021 Status: Posted
