You can either ask them to see if they can refund you, but if you didn't do that, the easiest thing to do is just call your bank and reverse the transaction.

Their U.S. pricing in 3/25/2025 is $10.99 a month for their plan, but this might change depending on the currency. e.g. if it's another currency, it might not be worth $9.99 due to regional pricing.

I also got that charge over one of my credits cards, and just as the sir that commented at the top I neither did not download tidal music nor used my credit card for that. If somebody else has a similar case please post it here I am claiming that money back

Charged $44.99NZD for the same. Trying to connect to a technician is near impossible. As soon as you put all the details in about the transaction you suddenly can't chat to anybody cause they won't let you in. You are guided to another page & asked to fill in the form for your CREDIT card details. Now WHY would I do that after being SCAMMED. Karma is a B.... enjoy
