What is it?

I signed up for the magazines through a bonus trial offer when buying new business checks. It was easy to cancel the subscriptions so that they did not auto-renew by going to www.magcustomerservice.com. You have to create an account (email & pass), then you can look up your subscriptions with a zip and the CC number where the charges appear. They will pull up any subscriptions they have linked to that card. From there, you can manage the subscriptions easily. Just take your time to read all of the options before clicking things because you can't change how you respond once you click. ;)

This is a legit magazine company, however, when canceling they have an automated system that tells you when you cancelled and then still charges you after you have cancelled in the appropriate time frame. I had to call my bank to have them claim the four charges today. My bank said that this is a common occurrence with TME, but after my claim my bank is reimbursing me the charges.

Can you help? What is this charge?
