It is a charge for Family Handyman magazine. Most likely, you signed up for one of the deceptive offers made by Synapse Group, Inc. or one of its subsidiaries to get this magazine, and the subscription automatically renewed at a higher price. TWX most likely refers to the stock ticker for Time Warner, Inc., which was formed from a merger between Warner and Time Inc., with Time Inc. being the parent company of Synapse.
