I have received notice that I have been subscribed to a website called HookupHangout since October. I had not subscribed nor was I aware that a fraudulent charge had been placed on my account. I had not received email but I am finding emails in my spam dating back to October saying I had not only purchased but am a "VIP" MEMBER. I personally have not subscribed and am requesting a refund back from a service that started in October until now. I will be cancelling the card in which this fraudulent purchase was made

Tyche*Dating Factory have attempted to take £89.99 from my credit card without my knowledge or permission. Luckily it was blocked by my bank. They will now initiate a fraud investigation.
