U-HAUL WEB TEAM ASSOC INC 866-277-6855 AZ

Last night at work I had the same charge from UHAUL WEB ASSOC INCPHOENIX US. It was for 50.43. I called U-Haul, and they couldn't give me any information when they looked up my debit card number.

5.1.2017 - Received a FRAUD ALERT text from AMEX this morning about a $299 charge from U HAUL WEB TEAM ASSOC... Immediately logged in and denied the charge so it was blocked. While on a call with AMEX, they told me that the company originates in AZ, but the charge was done online. All is fine, but just a hassle having to have a new card issued.

I need help and can't find anyone to help. The U-Haul in Las Angeles at 437 E 7th St has put my phone number on their recording referring people here for services. I have calls day and night but I can not get anyone to answer their alternate line 213-537-0318. I tried to find a U-Haul corporate office but can't do it. Anyone that can help would be appreciated. If you could pass this information on to someone who could inform this dealer that they need to change their recording device, it would be appreciated.

My card was used at U-Haul to rent a truck which I paid for with my credit card one week and then the next week a charge was made on my same credit card for $12.95 with this info:WEB GIFT CARD#691000 Transaction DateFriday, 2/27/2015 Posted DateSunday, 3/01/2015 DetailsTruck & Trailer Rental

I Did Not make this charge and I believe it had to be the guy on duty in the office that night.

Appears on your statement as: WEB GIFT CARD#691000 866-277-6855 AZ 85004 USA

I saw a $50 charge from U-Haul on my credit card that I knew we did not make. When I called the company number shown on the charge, it was a U-Haul in CT but the description shows AZ. I had been to neither state so I knew it was not our charge. When I saw on your web site others had a similar problem, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. This is how it appeared on my credit card:
