What is it?

Just reported fraudulent charges to my credit card, for 2 small amounts in
Nigerian Naira (NGN) ,these were done at about the same time on 2 consecutive days, reported as fraudulent to my credit card, card cancelled and will be refunded, never use taxis as to extortionate for the distance travelled. Why use a taxis when I have car, the transactions were done about 2 - 3 hours after I finished a night shift.
