i want to know all the charges you are taking from my account what are they for please i dont use uber at allits reall frastrate me

I got this same charge on a brand new credit card. It was for $2.55 and $3.45 - My Uber account has no info on these charges, so I suspect it has nothing to do with Uber and these are scammers using the Uber name to nickle and dime people's credit cards and hoping they don't notice because it is such a small amount????

I am like others on this site, I have had over 40 charges to my credit card. I called my Credit Card Co and they are looking into it I can not find a number to call Uber except the safety number and that does nothing. The name on the charge is 8 UBER TRIP HELP.UBER.COM help.uber.comNL then under that it says Indian Rupee. I have cancelled the card now I am worried about other cards I am not sure why the credit card co would let these charges go through when they are mostly in the same day and only minutes apart

I have NEVER USED an Uber and I've been charged. I had this problem before and had my bank dispute the charges. I have a new number and it happened again! I had to cancel my credit card. Are there any safeguards with this service?

Getting millions of charges over a thousand is this fraud pretending to be Uber or actually Uber??

I have had numerous charges on my bank account from Uber, in California. There have been at least two a day since the 11th of September. My bank has cancelled all the transactions...they continue to charge. It has been over $300...I want it STOPPED IMMEDIATELY.

I was charged for an Uber trip I did not make. My bank closed this debit card account and refunded my money. On the same day as the refund another charge for that exact amount was charged again. on 2/10/20 $205.98

two charges suspicious from UBER TRIP HELP.UBER.COM CA.
The web site looks legit, covering a variety of FAQ's, Bbbbuuutttt… There is no way to contact the company this way- no phone #, chat etc. I finally found a link to let me check my tip history, although it says they cannot take a tip back (i.e. settle a dispute). I proceeded to sign in through Facebook but it wouldn't let me sign in. They didn't ask for my password, but I regret I was ready to give it. The charges were $1 and $1.18 on the same day with no other charges within at least 2 weeks. The minimum cost of an ubber pool ride is $6, so this doesn't even make sense. I had to shut down my card.

It's not an Uber charge. It's an overseas scam. You will need to contact your Credit Card company.

Have never had a Uber card and have a recurring charge of. 7.17 on my bank account. Since it shows recurring my bank says i cannot dispute it- this is so wrong!! Help!!

I have never used Uber ever getting charges on my card went to bank and they gave me a new card and they are investigating it as fraud they are going to call me with their research
