I found a charge on my bank statement from UBR* POSTMATES PENDING SAN FRANCISCO 000000000171144 in the amount of $25.47.

I do not have nor have I ever had either an Uber or Postmates account. I have never authorized a charge to any of my accounts by either organization, nor have I authorized anyone else to make such charges.

This charge should be reversed immediately.

I have seen charges from your company starting on 1/3/17, and have continued. I did not authorize these charges.

I have charges on my credit card account that I never open uber account and I didn't give anyone permission to use my credit card account. The charges is $43.94. I would claim fraud

Noted a charge today while checking my bank account. It was UBR*Pending. uber.com. Can you determine who used my debit card to make this transaction. I have not given anyone permission to use my card. Adding insult to injury I had to close down my account and spend $ 25.00 to have my new card overnighted.

i do not order food deliveries nor do i use uber rides and they are continuing to take money out of my bank account who do i contact there is no phone number to be found

The ubr postmates charge on my account was actually a food order. The chinese restaurant we used does not have their own on line order system. They use a site called postmates. The order shows up as postmates. It was legit. I hope this helps someone.

I had two charges on my bank card one for 260.37 and one for $23.95 I've never used I have never used Uber never been to San Francisco but this is Uber Us - A I know it's a fraud no doubt my mind I hope ever who was doing this gets their ass put in jail on my bank is going to reverse the charges I hope

I have an Uber account and the last time I used Uber was a year ago. My credit card statement is showing a $95 charge from Uber without any information about the trip. It’s showing 000 for the date of the trip and no information under „From - to“.

My Uber account only shows the one trip which I took a year ago. It looks like someone charged my card and made it appear as a charge made by Uber.

I have 5 charges on my credit card bill by uber and I never used uber at all. on aug 4th and billed on aug 5. It says brl currencies.

I received an alert from my card company that I had a declined pending charge of $94.90 from UBR*POSTMATES PENDING. Considering I don't have an account with Uber or this Postmates, I believe you should shut down your net work and bring in tech support to see where your breach occurred.

I now have two charges on my American Express for $9.99. I think the San Francisco is where they have headquarters. This is a subscription charge that I never requested. I just closed my account and had to open a new credit card account.

This Uberus_Sub charges on my boss's credit card and when we call AMEX, they found out it is a subscription to Uber (monthly charges). If you have an uber account, make sure you don't click on anything or say yes because it automatically renews every month. Very sneaky!

I have seen these charges many times on my account, fearing fraud. I get postings that look like "UBER TRIP N7P4D / POS Purchase 8005928996 CAUS" for my Uber rides and other postings that look like "Bill Payment from Checking / UberUS_A San FranciscoCAUS" that I thought at first were fraud. But upon cross referencing my purchases, I realized that the second posting for for my UberEats activity. But sometimes its for my Uber rides. Not sure why they have this difference in debit posting, it is very confusing. But no fraud has been detected. For people who have never used these services: I feel like a lot of people order to-go food with stolen credit cards numbers. I've heard that Postmates (another food delivery service) has had problems with accounts being hacked just to order a very expensive to-go food.
