I recently realized, after an order for socks 16 months ago, that my account has been charged $14.95 every month as a recurring charge for a "vip insider club". I called customer service to explain my situation. the agent had no desire to research my issue or resolve my problem. She only wanted to transfer me to a third party company. I asked to escalate and she refused attempting to transfer me to a third party company. I declined and insisted on speaking with a manager, and she said there was no manager on site. I hung up. I called the VIP Insider Club number. I insisted on speaking with a manager for a full refund considering I never clicked on the "check box to sign up for VIP". This agent escalated me to a manager who I asked to review the interaction notes associated with my account. He was able to see not only did I not click on the checkbox with my order, but the order was never made on the computer. He was kind and is issuing the full refund. PLEASE BE AWARE WHEN ORDERING WITH THIS COMPANY. -if this happens to you don't bother with calling the customer support number. call 888-706-7687. (my mistake calling the customer support first) -do not allow them to transfer you to any third party company -insist on speaking with a supervisor or manager for full refund.

This business is taking advantage of and defrauding vulnerable populations: the elderly and ill. Support Plus VIP Insider needs to be held accountable to the US government. I had the same experience described here by others before me: fraudulent $15 monthly charges for the Support Plus VIP Insider "service" in which I did not knowingly enroll when I apparently made a purchase online with this company months ago. I then phoned the 888-706-7687 phone number that appears on my credit card statement (in the item description for the $15 monthly charge). From the Customer Service representative who answered the phone, I requested a confirmation number for cancellation of the monthly "service". She said the cancellation confirmation would be sent to my email address. I then received an email message from "Support Plus VIP Insider" confirming that the $15 monthly service charge has been cancelled going forward. The email message includes the company's address: Support Plus VIP Insider, P.O. Box 290728 Wethersfield, CT 06129-0728. I will next be contacting the company (by registered mail if I do not get results by phone or email) to request a refund of several months-worth of $15 charges for a service I did not knowingly purchase. Then I will report this company to consumer protection agencies. I bought some in June but I just noticed that I have been charged $14.95 in July and this morning for august. I want my money back .poor way to do bussiness making your money by taking money off seniors by fraud.

I bought socks from a vendor for Christmas 2019 now here in May 2020 they charged a $34. fee and then have been charging my card every month since this $14.95. This now will make me start using random CC'd numbers to pay for things. My Credit card company has managed to take of it and refund my money... but I hate being taken advantage of or someone steeling from me and others. Reporting to BBB if that makes any difference now and letting the local news know of this mayhem as well;.

A charge for $94.98 was debited from my business account on January 24,2018. I never authorized this charge or purchased anything from this company. I want the full amount refunded NOW!!!

Support Plus is a fraud system to the tune of over $100

I just had to report a fraud on my credit card and bow I have another charge for $148 from this co.

Warning!!!! Because I purchased a "medical support device" for mom from this company...... Found out yesterday that my account has been tapped twice since the purchase...for $16ea! $32 taken for a supposed "VIP" customer account..... Be very careful!!!! Wells Fargo has put a block on and filed a charge...PayPal were initially going to deny restitutions.... I called the Company yesterday...they were going to "stop" membership but not refund my money! Wells Fargo states a block is only good as long as the company doesnt change names it charges under!!!! I will need to watch my account for anything coming back out later, and then close my acct down and start all over with a new acct and cards.... THIS COMPANY IS GEARED TOWARD THE ELDERLY....DO NOT PURCHASE FROM!!!!! THEY SENT A CATALOG TO MY PARENTS HOME...I ORDERED FROM THEM ONLINE, AFTER DAD ASKED ME TO ORDER SOMETHING FOR MOM. The post saying "a popup window appeared that we had to provide our email approving"... is a LIE..... DO NOT get sucked in by USA SUPPORT PLUS!!!

This 14.95 a month that you all are seeing charged to you is not from Support Plus themselves. This is a 3rd party mail in rebate program that you ended up signing up from.It is a pop up online, and you have to put your email in to end up being enrolled. If you call VIP Cancellations they will cancel it right away and refund you!
