What is it?

P&C stands for property and casualty...in my case it is renters insurance, but it could be home owners, auto, umbrella, condo, rental owners, or valuable property (e.g. Jewelry). The contact page for the group is https://www.usaa.com/inet/pages/newsroomfactsheetspnc?akredirect=true

Stay calm, and look carefully. If it is a deposit, then it is the Share normally sent in early December. If it is a debit (a subtraction), then it is a payment. In my case, I have only authorized the December payment to be auto-deposited to my account. I pay all my premiums via checks.

On my statement it was a payment for USAA property insurance on an investment property.
