What is it?

Charge for prepaid envelopes ordered from the postal service

This showed up as usps-ncms on my statement. I had pre-ordered a newly released set of stamps which was charged at the time of shipment.

For stamps purchased online from the US Postal Service.

Separate from USPS.com, the charge from usps-ncms is for the US Postal Service's new monthly order and pre-order service. I had ordered rolls of stamps, which you can only get if you enroll in a 6 month or 12 month service.

Can you help? What is this charge?
