just got ANOTHER Xsolla charge to my credit card today......for $7.99 ..... this company and I have had it out numerous Xs before.....they 'accidentally' slip a charge in ..... later, when you report to Credit Card company.... they 'slow walk it' and reverse charges.......remember: this company has MANY online games -- including WARTUNE....with MILLIONS of people playing and PAYING....only a few "accidental' charges gives them hundreds of Thousands of US Dollars to pay their employees and do Fine Dining for the Bosses.......have Already turned them into Better Business Bureau in 2 states.........they are crooks.......Visa and/or MC will go after them..............NEVER us a Debit card to charge for stuff online...Good luck to All who have been scammed.......BTW, I quit playing this game months ago..........EACH month they try to slip in an 'accidental' mistake and hope I will not see it........guess I will Finally make good on my attorney's advice and Sue them in small claims court (can do so in my state with NO attorney....for up to $1500....for stress; duress; and time and trouble spent).....God Bless all for reading this..........!!

I've spent a good 30 minutes trying to think of what that charge could potentially be (I play various online games, but have not made any purchases recently) and then I stumbled across an purchase support thread at help.twitch.tv talking about xsolla and paypal issues. I guess twitch is now using xsolla, which confuses me because I have 3 twitch payments that state twitchtv on them, then this one from xsolla, for the exact amount as subscribing to someone costs, and I checked my sub record, I did subscribe to someone on that day. So I now believe that this line on my statement is a payment to Twitch.TV for subscribing to a streamer.

CHARGES MADE ON DEBIT CARD. I DO NOT PURCHASE GAMES NOR DO I OWN A COMPUTER. GOT A RUN AROUND WHEN I CONTACTED THE CO. THREE CHARGES MADE AT 3:00AM WHILE I WAS ASLEEP. I AM LAW ENFORCEMENT AND AM CONTACTING OUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL.

Wanted to let anyone looking for details on this - It appears that both Epic Games and Ubisoft use xsolla as their payments processor. I had a charge "Xsolla TD2 877-7976552 CA" where Xsolla is the processor, TD2 is indicating it was for The Division 2 (Tom Clancy game) which I had purchased a season pass in. Took a bit of investigating to figure it out.

Note that other game companies use Xsolla including but not limited to : PUBG, Fortnite, FaceIt, SMITE, Twitch & Lord of the Rings Online. I assume there's many more, including mobile games.

Randomly charged me 71 dollars 3 times on may 2nd. I've never used this companies services. They refunded 2 of them but the other wasn't. Had to dispute the charge with my bank

There are the 2 transactions on my bank account for $19.99, on 12,24/2022 from your company. I looked on line for a phone number because most transaction have a phone number with the transaction. The is a payment service for online games. It is used to accept money in game items or credits. Remember all those kids who ran up their parents credit cards playing farmville? It's something like that. Maybe you play a game but didn't recognize the charge.

I never even play games online, and I still got charged for something that I don't have a clue as to what it was for. If PayPal is involved then I would suggest that you don't use any sites that requires payment through PayPal.

Never heard of this company until I found out that $400 was made in unauthorized charges a few days ago on my wife's card. We're middle-aged people who don't play online games and the charges are at variance with our usual buying habits. The supposed customer service agent at Xsolla in charge of our claim, who called herself "Kate," at 265-8323 denied our claim shortly after. It's clear there was no investigation and their default mode is to deny it was fraud. At the very least they should have taken the claim seriously and looked into it. Clearly a scam.

My debit card was used on July 9, 2018 to purchase games. The amounts charged were $137.81 x 3 plus $39.99 x 2. Thankfully My bank called me to ask about these charges that appeared on my account and I informed them I had never heard of this company and these were unauthorized charges. They immediately canceled my debit card and I had to file a form with their fraud department. I am still waiting for a response to see if I will be responsible for these charges! In searching this website I was surprised to see that this has been going on since 2014! Why haven't they been put out of business? Why don't the banks and credit card companies have their names where they know automatically this is a red flag and their clients are being scammed! Since this happened and they cancelled my card I told them I did not want a new one at this time!

I was charged $9.95 on my debit card and I never heard of the company. Obviously they are stealing millions hoping people don’t check their bank statements. I do everyday online as I have had my debit card hacked 3 times this year, one being from xsolla.com. When I contacted them they asked me for the first four digits of my credit card and the last four digits and the security code and I said are you crazy you were the ones that are stealing from me and they kept denying it. My bank got the charges reversed and I had to get a new debit card again. Everybody please report them to the Better Business Bureau. Thank you
